Your VOTES are needed

This one is about finding your bodies correct metabolism type, carb or protein. Then eating the correct balance and ratio of foods of each of these types. It's about eating natural fats and natural foods. Most diets work when you first start them, but once your body and metabolism adjusts to it you then stop losing weight.

As with all diets you must include regular exercise, which I think is key to all dieting.
