Has anyone one bought any samsumg products since the start of December if so you maybe entitled to some great cash back offer's £50 if youve bought a 10inch tablet.

Tablet Cashback Promotion Terms and Conditions

The Promoter: Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited. Samsung is using a third party service provider, Opia Limited, to operate this promotion.

By participating in this promotion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

The Samsung Tablet Cashback promotion is valid on the purchase of a brand new (i.e. not second hand or refurbished) qualifying products from a qualifying retailer (see point 7 below) by an end-user during the promotional period (see point 2 below).
Qualifying Tablet purchases must be made from 00.01 on the 24th October 2012 to 23.59 on the 31st of December 2012 (inclusive). The claim window will close at 23.59 on the 28th of February 2013, all claims received after this date will be marked invalid.
Claims must be made within 15 - 60 days from the date of purchase, for the avoidance of doubt the date of purchase on the invoice or receipt counts as day 1. Claims received outside this period will be marked as invalid and will not be accepted.
The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic Of Ireland.
Qualifying products must be purchased to be eligible; qualifying products that have been gifted or redeemed when purchasing other products are specifically excluded from this offer.

Claiming Online

To take advantage of the promotion visit Samsung Tablet Cashback Offer ? Galaxy Note 10.1, Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 & 10.1 ? Samsung UK and fill out the online claim form. You must provide an invoice or receipt number and serial number from your new product. You must then upload a copy of your proof of purchase.
Once the claim has been submitted online, you will receive email confirmation of receipt.

Claiming Via Post

Certain retailers may provide a Paper Claim form to be completed, please complete all sections in capital letters.

Posted documentation from Paper Claims must be received within 15 - 60 days of the date of purchase as indicated on your invoice or receipt. The day you purchased counts as day 1. Claims received after 60 days from purchase will be marked as invalid and will not be entered into the promotion.
We recommend using an insured postal service as The Promoter will not accept responsibility for submissions and associated documentation which have been lost, or are late, damaged, misdirected, delayed in the post or insufficiently pre-stamped. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible claims.

General Provisions

In order for your claim to be successfully validated the proof of purchase must:
Be either an invoice, receipt or order notification. Delivery notes are not accepted.
Indicate the name of the store that you made the purchase.
Indicate the product that you have purchased.
If your proof of purchase is deemed not to meet the conditions above you will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the required items within seven (7) days. If the participant still fails to comply with the terms and conditions, the claim for cashback will be marked as invalid.
Once the required documents have been received, the participant will receive confirmation of receipt by email stating whether or not the claim for cashback has been successful. It is the claimant's responsibility to contact the agent using the email address below within fourteen days of their claim being posted if an email acknowledgement has not been received.
The cashback will only be validated and paid if the individual or company named on the proof of purchase supplied matches the bank account details provided. Failure to provide matching details will result in email notification offering the opportunity to provide the required details within 7 days. If the participant still fails to comply with the terms and conditions, the claim for cashback will be marked as invalid.
Typically payments of cashback are made or posted within 30 days of the claim being received and validated. Online Claims will be paid via a BACS transfer, Paper Claims will be paid via cheque.
Where relevant, the free 8GB Micro SD Card will be posted within 30 days of claim validation and shall be sent to the postal address indicated in the claim form. Please allow for an additional period for delivery over Christmas due to Christmas postal delays. Claims from the United Kingdom will be paid in Pounds Stirling; claims from the Republic Of Ireland will be paid in Euro.
Claims must be submitted by the end user customer only. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers. This offer is not open to employees of Samsung, their agents, wholesalers, resellers, retail staff, retailers, participating stockists or anyone connected with the promotion.
There is a maximum of 10 units per customer during the promotional period. Business customers who have received special pricing including bid pricing from qualifying retailers are not eligible for this promotion.
Claims for products purchased which will be resold or rented to a third party are ineligible for this promotion.
All instructions on the website form part of these terms and conditions. The cashback will only be paid upon satisfaction by the participant of these terms and conditions. By completing the claim process participants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Return of a qualifying Samsung product to the seller following submission of the claim for the cashback will disentitle the participant to the cashback.
In the event of a product failing or being replaced during the cashback claim period and if the cashback claim has not been paid out, the original claim will be voided and you will need to resubmit your claim accordingly against your replacement order. If either product is returned after the cashback claim has been accepted and paid, The Promoter shall be entitled to recover the cashback amount from the participant.
The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the promotion.
Samsung reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.
All documentation submitted for this promotion becomes property of Samsung and will not, and cannot be returned. Please ensure that you make a copy of your invoice or receipt as this will not be returned. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion as well as future Samsung promotions and may result in the submitter being subject to prosecution.
The decisions of The Promoter in respect of any and all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding.
