Your receiver encountered a software problem!!

Hi, my duo keeps crashing and coming up with 'Your receiver encountered a software problem' when i try and record, software update and numerous other things! I'm using the latest ViX image

Any ideas?

Have you backed up your image and settings?

Because it looks like a image flash is required.

if you still have these crash logs that were generated upload them to the ViX forum or send them to us via the on-board logs manager.

also for future reference you need to provide more information as to how the crash happened. we need to know the revision of the image you were using and what lead up to the crash, as your post is rather nondescript therefore we can be of little help.
