XP Pro Activation Code

Does anyone know were i can get hold of an activation code for windows xp pro. I already have windows xp home edition on my pc and i wnat to upgrade to 64 bit xp pro

Thanks will give it a go. P.S how do you use it just burn it to cd and load it onto the pc?

all i did when i used a couple of yrs ago was just open it and run it.
