my son came to me last night and he wants his xbox modding, i have allready got the tool to take out drive but dont even know what drive it is how do i find that out without taking it out , hopefully without breaking anything.

what do i do then what do i need to do this and is it easy to do.

how old is the xbox box and is it a fat one or slim ? there are lots of models of the lite-on drives and some of them need more bits then other

if it a old xbox then i would get a Xecuter CK3 Lite and Xecuter CK3 Probe 3 and then it down to what sata chip you have if you need a Xecuter X360USB or not

its very easy to do X360USB and ck3 pro probe lll 2 minutes and your done

i know where your coming from m8 but thats a lot of cash just to mod 1 xbox, anyway took drive out now and posted it to a m8 to mod for me

it is for me m8, but i managed it without breaking anything, that little xbox tool which cost me 99p was well worth it
