when using xbmc remote on your mobile you press the title button and a drop down menu appears for you to fill in details, such as a search or url well if you press the menu button on your mobile 3 vertical dots and then select send text you can enter the text using you mobiles keyboard and the prees send and the text is sent to the xbmc application so no more annoying arrow key presses to enter the text directly using xbmc's onscreen keyboard
