Wrong data transmission Setanta Ireland and BT Sport?

Hi guys.I`m receiving all the sky channels but recently have lost the likes of Setanta,BT Sport and MUTV ...
I`ve tried googling for answers which invlove editing transponders but I`m a novice it`s all dutch to me.Any help much appreciated.
I have a TM 500 super

Heres what comes up when I start the transfer....

Make sure you select "Enigma 2 Settings" in the profiles tab and you tick auto reload.

If its for a TM500 as first post don't tick enigma2 click sat receiver and save.

Should be enigma1 for a TM500 Super,shouldnt it?

Sorry never saw the tm500 bit was looking at the "Sending file "/etc/enigma2/lamedb" part and assumed it was enigma 2 receiver he had.

Changed it to "Satellite settings" and it transferred fine.Thanks for that guys.
But...
Hasn`t made any difference.I`, still not getting Setanta etc.

Are you sure they are provided by your provider ?

those channels are extras not all provide these

Are you sure you have transferred the latest file?
If you want to pm teamviewer details I can transfer mine to you.

Just spoke to him and he says that they are still part of the package
I transferred the bouqet for 2/11/2013

btsport should be 12515 H 22000
setanta 12633 H 22000

Just checked and they are that freq and working fine on my box
I know Im using the HD version but the SD version are using the exact same, like for like minus the HD channels

How do I edit individual channels?

menu, 6, 2, 7 change transponder to 12515 polarity to Horizontal and symbol rate to 22000 press green button.
When done it will as you if you want to do another click green. change frequency to 12633, horizontal and 22000 press green.
when done click red when it asks if you want to do another.

did you repeat using 12633 for setanta? if so see if you have a channel called 51122 and 51123, these might be the setantas

They`re on 51122 and 51123.
