Would this work ?

I have a quad lnb with two digiboxes, one in the front room with a card covering the sports package, the other by my computer which has no card at present , i bought it off e bay last week, just got the free to air channels....
What if i took the card out of the subscription digibox and rang s*y to say the card had been lost /damaged, to get a replacement. When and if a replacement card came , regisiter it in the second digibox (by my computer)and then put my original card back in the font room digibox. Would this enable me to get the sports package on both, or can s*y tell how many boxes you have off one dish/lnb ?

the second you report your cards aslost it will be killed, totally useless. to get the same package on both boxes you must connect them both to the phone line and phone sky for a 2nd card, which they will charge £10 month for the same package as the original one
