Wiping Cisco 4000 configuration when 'break' option disabled.

Can anybody give me advice on how to wipe the configuration on a password protected Cisco 4000 when the 'break' option is disabled?
I know how to wipe them when the 'break' option is enabled i.e. CTRL+BREAK keys and using the Confreg command.
I am stumped with this one as the 'enable' password is set.
