I now see windrivers .com is charging for their services.

This is bad as they cannot guarentee to provide the driver you require and also after you have the drivers you need why would you want to download them again , common sense means they would be stored on a disk other thqan the hard disk.

or has any one have any links to some free driver sites ?

Taff I use <a href="http://driverguide.com" target="_blank">DiverGuide</a>, it was free the last time I looked and I've managed to mine some good stuff from there.<br />I've also amassed a fairly large collection of drivers and stuff, anything you need just ask.... <img src="graemlins/EVIL.gif" border="0" alt="[EVIIL]" />
