Will blade 7000hd read card

Hi all
had a bm7000hd for a while now and love it , does any one know if this box will read a sly card and could it be used has a server to share to my technomate upstairs?
or does it just work has a client ?

ye mate will work as server and read card no problem
you dont need to convert the serial just put it in as is

Didn't think Blade would work as server only client?

from what i know the blade can be used as server and once the port is open
never run as server myself but have had a card paired

I have a blade7000s box and my mate does with a sly card in it. I'm new to the sat seen (been a cable man for years) so can i share has card? if so what is the info i need to look for i know about the box key etc any help on this would be great
