Why won't CC cam load on VU+solo2 with bh and e2

I felt like a change with my VU+ so i deleted VIX and installed black hole instead.
I do remember having difficulty loading cc cam on VIX however I can
not remember what I did to get it to install apart from loading an empty
file of some sort.

Therefore please can someone relieve my frustration with my gen VU+ solo2
CCcam wont load I keep getting error messages when I either try to
install via tmp file in ftp or via TSpanel that I have installed in
Black hole.

I have loaded a config file for cc cam.

Transfer the ipk or tarball to the tmp folder.

Then on your remote press green then yellow and choose manual install.

Your using the wrong CCcam file then it has to be specific to the Blackhole image.
