Possibly one of the restraints of you being a minor on the forum.

Admin should be able to clarify which sections you can access.

There's the TelevisionX codes in there m8 so i guess that's why your blocked from there.

Don't see why there should be a problem with general chat, Your not exactly a child if your doing exams, im sure that room is fine for a teenager to view, it hasn't exactly got anything bad in it.
