Where can i get swap magic from?

i've got the old fat ps2 not the slimline one,
i bought swap magic for it about 3 years ago but the slider tool broke and i cant find the disc aswell now,
so does anyone know where i can get it from now cos back then i got it off ebay for £15 and ebay doesnt allow swap magic anymore
