What mods can i do to an xbox?

I might get one of those clear xboxes because they are selling quite cheap(£40ish) in a shop near me.

I was wondering what i can do with it other than play games from disc. I have heard that you can copy games to the harddrive, play backups, use it as a media centre, etc.

Is there a good thread here or a website that can explain what i can do, or can people tell me please?

There isn't a specific newbie tut' or similar on here m8, although all the info's here just spread around a bit lol.

The "Beginners Guide to XBOX Modification" in the "Beginners/General Guides" is a good 'un to start with (the second one down on the list).
