or do recommend for the price

I'd avoid the Gigabyte MB. They charge a tenner for any warranty repairs outside of 30 days. I'm not to big on ebuyer either as their support is virtually non existent. Try Micro Direct, Aria or DABS.

This all depends what the pc will be used for.

But I also wouldnt go for Gigabyte, go for the best Asus you can afford.
CPU, go for Core2Duo
Memory, Crucial or OCZ
Any graphics Card? or have you got one? are you a gamer? - If so, I'm partial to BFG (because they do Lifetime warranties)

When picking your parts I think its always wise to see who is offering lifetime warranties.

went for gigabyte because it was very cheap & comes with loads of stuff also got crucial & Core2Duo. I've always gone for asus & abit, thougt i'll give the gigabyte a go & save the extra for a next board in the near future. the gigabyte has onboard graphics with hdmi
