i got this web address and it has good downloads of programs. i went to the site but the day after the screen came up with not authorized to view the page? whats wrong??? please help. the address is below!

As the name implies. It is to stop people leeching files from their site. They sometimes go over the top though and make it virtually impossible to access any files. Even though the url exists, in order to get to the files you have to go through the front door rather than the back one. If Im right then you will have to find the correct url for the front door.
