VuSolo2 Deleting Providers (UNKNOWN)

Hi

So, if I press TV on remote, then I think yellow for providers, I get BSkyB, BskyB, Unknown.
Same goes for going on to openwebif, I get all three providers.

But I want to delete the last one called unknown because it seems to contain Sky box office channels (dont mind), Sky anytime (dont mind) and 6 adult channels which is the big problem since I am trying to keep the box child friendly.

Please advise how I can get rid of it - P.S. I have hidden the adult section from auto bouquet maker etc. - still doesnt work.

the Bouquets you don't want press tv and then menu and remove entry

Tried doing the steps you said for providers, not bouquets. Im ok with bouquets, its one of the unknown providers that has sky anytime and adult channels I dont need.

Tried putting a pin on the provider through parental controls and deleting it through menu as mentioned above - no luck.

I would try a rescan m8 because I get
Arquiva: BSkyB: BSkyB: Freesat: and Globe cast there is no unknown or adult in the providers
