Vu solo 2 sunray remote issue

could be interference from fluorescent lights etc

Haven't got any fluorescent lights in the house

Remote is still on 1.
I tried the remote without the tv on and it seemed to work, as soon as tv switched on box responded a couple of times then stopped.
I'm thinking it could be the tv, tv make is a Samsung.

Does it only stop responding if remote is used after box is first switched on?

I've personally never come across two remotes not liking each other but best way to determine this is can you move box to another location or quickly swap tv for any others in house, or even take box to friend/family to try?

Yes only when box is first turned on.
I will try box on another tv tonight as I'm at at work at moment

When u tested it using openwebif was that also when first turned on?
