video art

does anyone know how i can put video art on my films?
i would like it to look like when you go to music library
any hints or ideas would be much appreciated

when you go to media player and play your music you see your album art .

when i go to video folder with my films in i would like to see the each one with its video covers? Is there any way of doing that..

i saw some where on you tube some one video file and there films had the video art and then they clit on it it play the video...any ideas plz
