I installed vhannibal e2 quadri but it downloads all other satallites which I do not need. I only need 28e. Is there an easy way of editing the bouquet so I only get what I need or is there vhannibal bouquet just for 28e?

just delete the Satelites in your edit program so u can just use the 28e

If you only need 28.2, then the best options are:

Use Rat's updater.
Use Lraizer's bouquet maker.
