Using DM500 as Card updater

Hi all
Looking for a wee bit help....
I have two cards that are running fine in onmikey attached to linux server but the problem i have is trying to get updates on the card.
Someone told me to get another box and add an N:line to it and that should be grand. Thing is i cant get a line into the dm or i am doing it wrong.
Linux Server is running the latest Oscam

Do you mean you cant ftp into the dm?
i bit more info would help so we know exactly what the problem is.

Yes i can ftp fine.
What i need to do is set up a dm500 as a client and make it AU in oscam

Install cccam,enable it and then transfer the cccam.cfg file from /var/etc to your pc open it in notepad and paste a sealion into it save then transfer it back to /var/ect
