OS Usb mass storage problem help needed

Hi all just bought another lappy second hand and been updating the software etc..

unfortunally i carnt get my usb mass storage driver to connect in the control pannel, ive uninstalled the drivers and installed again but still the same problem.

ive uploaded a piccy of the screen shot maybe the answer is looking straight at me but i need it working to get some stuff of the external drive to the lappy.

try removing usb driver and reinstalling . the driver for the usb port and not the device

Or even just a different USB port. My not-too-old i5 lappy sometimes fails to see devices on one port, yet works fin on another.
