usb card

I bought a plug and play pcmcia 4x usb card. i plugged it in and seemed to install the drivers etc.

When i try to plug in my printer, camera etc it doesn't see them. Device manager shows the usb ports working correctly and when i remove the card the computer acknowledges that it's being removed or plugged in again. I am lost as i a novice on the computer any help would be great.

Try installing the drivers for your printer again, without the printer being attached.

USB devices normally have to have the drivers installed before you connect the device. Once connected, the drivers are found and configured.

If it works for your printer, do the same for your other items.
