ok still no HD but i managed to get SD back which also sorted out the addon channels so better than nothing i suppose

How did you get sd back working?

Get it paired to a Sd box that will release the add ons aswell as sd premium channels

Very strange decision. You would think they would supply you a replacement box instead

Didn't even ask about existing box just said have u changed the box said yes and they sent signal out, I had a old thomson hd box but didnt bother trying as im pretty sure they've stopped that route so il make do with this
