unenforceable credit agreements

Bring this back from the dead

Anyway with the help of emerald ive managed to work out my card is unenforceable LOL..

Ive paid a loan off with it, went shopping today with it.. and paid a catalogue off with it ..

Now to send them a letter to tell them its unenforceable.. as they have failed to send me my credit agreement instead sent me the terms and conditions.. doesnt even have my name on it and its not even signed..

Im also waiting for a reply from HFC for the loan im disputing for PPI.. which amounts to £1000 LOL...

Love playing these games.. with my payments ive paid my card off 10 times over since 2004 when i applied for it.

Don't have a credit card. I'm one of those people who work hard and put in the effort - and the wages by what i want. I am not a thief and save up money to buy what i want. Only expectation is my student loan - Which i am currently paying off as a honorable person, unlike you.

I hope you have made a grave error and they take you to the cleaners for trying to rip of each tax payer.

The reason the country is in the state its in is the BANKERS and GOVERNMENT......

Why should people not use the law to their advantage, you can be damn sure the other side would if they had done their paperwork right and kept their houses in order.

Yeah - Both Bankers, Government, and people like emerald, K using the law to manipulate the system to gain money they haven't worked for. Disgusting if you ask me. All as bad as each other, Whats that old saying, Two wrong's don't mate a write. Ah well Carma will get you. Just remember when something bad happens in your like - It was caused by this.

I still say only spend within your means. I would never rely on a credit card. But if you can screw the system the good on you.
6 months ago i would have been on my high and mighty lol but when i see these bankers, the insurance companies, the government, MP's, energy companies all screwing us where we gonna cry to?? no matter how good we try to live nobody will give two shits about the average man on the street and nobody ever will.

I work for my money, i paid my debts, credit cards etc..

I'm annoyed at the way my CC had been treating me.. my reasoning's might not be as bad as some but trivial.

Anyway last year my credit card company sent me a letter telling me that they have lowered my interest rates because they can see people are struggling due to the current financial crisis.. this lowered my minimum payment.

A few months later i received another letter stating that they had increased my credit limit my another £1000 but still kept the lower interest rate... You may think bargain but your wrong..

I then needed to transfer some money to my card which i did to a tune of £1500 which took me into the newly increased limit.. fine i thought.. i'll pay it off its not a problem as im NOT OVER my limit but over my old credit limit..

I was wrong, a few weeks later i received another letter telling me that they have looked at my file and have decided to lower my credit limit back down making the amount owed over my credit limit..

Then a few days later i received another letter telling me that they've reverted the interest rates back to the level it was previously..

There actions have not only made me overdrawn they had also increased the minimum payment via interest rates..

they couldnt catch me out as i cleared the debt off making me under my limit..

But imagine if they did it to someone who was living off the credit card like a lone parent etc??

I say screw them over and laugh at them
