The UK's Internet trade group - ISPA - has announced the finalists for its annual industry awards.
Of course, while those in the industry are on tenterhooks to find out who is the "best ISP", the "serious" awards have been eclipsed by the now infamous gong for the "Internet Villain" award.
Last month, ISPA named Net-savvy MP Derek Wyatt, as one of those up for the title, along with the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), the Broadband Stakeholders' Group, the Home Office and Verisign.
Anyhow, for those keen to brag "my ISP's better than yours", here's a selection of categories and nominees.

you would think bt would read it and weep they say they have reached 1 millon broadband users but from what you read about there service its not that good as the list of nominees suggest's plus they are the most expensive of the lot i think most people only go with bt to avoid the hassel of changeing isp's as i don;t see what other reason there would be to use them

i think pipex should win the customer BB as they provide a great service and cheap £23 a month lol i sound like a sales rep for em now

only thing i can say bad is they dont allow any scripts on there 50mb free space which u get with the account
