My Dad and I are heading to Ibiza next week and hiring bikes for the days that we are there, gonna be touring round the island visiting places we can never get to in a car.

Can anyone advise on a cheapish two way radio that would keep us connected?

Obv it would have to have a throat mic or something similar.. even somewhere we can hire things like this would be good as i doubt it would be that dear to hire.

Any comments or pointers?

Most 2 ways for bikes are design for pillions.

These are quite good for pillion but it's all built into the helmet so not the cheapest option also unsure of the range if you werent on the same bike.

If two affiliated helmets communicating with each other move away at a distance of more than 10 meters from each other the connection will be cut off: move them closer for reconnection and press the button in the Master helmet for two seconds (until the buzz in the earphone).

There are some here, but don't know if you wanted to spend as much as £60.
