this bird is testing atm at this slot before moving to 42east for its service life. there are 2 txp,s booming in here atm running the usual turksat tantim promo loop

turksat are going to be opening this slot up in the near future so its worth seeing if its possible to get at your location,regards mdt

Thanks for this mdt i have tp 12.343 @ 92% quality but nothing on the other tp. Tm 5402 1 meter dish

With my combination TM5402/Triax110/IBU single, I'm getting 81% quality on the 12.342V transponder late this morning.

With the 12.377V one, up until a few moments ago, I was only getting an intermittent lock with 83% quality but suddenly now it's locking correctly.

Both continue to show the promo.

seems turksat 4a is on station now at 42 east with active txp,s in the 12.25ghz to 12.50ghz sub band. vertical txp,s are west beam(70cm+) and horizontal txp,s are east beam(240cm+). theres a few active carriers atm but no programming as yet just the 1 promo loop on the east beam. no doubt new stuff will appear or channels already broadcasting might switch birds so watch out for changes if you are a viewer of these channels. regards mdt
