Tuner Trouble

Hi All
After having several different sat boxes over the years, I settled down with the classic 7000s from dream and have now updated to a 800 se hd.......My father just gave me a Technomate TM800 and I have treated it just like the my other sat boxes..
I cannot get the tuner to work :grayno: I have updated the software got into my network all of the things you need to do..except no picture. I can take out the sat cable from my working Dream and put it into the TM800 and still nothing......

Have I forgotten something ? All my other sat boxes are working.
I have a 4 sat set-up using the simple function
19,2e 13e 28.2 & 26e
The tuner is not showing me none of them ?

Anybody kind person able to help

Is your satellites.xml file correct?

The file came with image and I have not changed it..Also I can set up a sats in the tuner section of the image, just no PIC lost now as my other boxes are working fine

On menu goto setup/service searching/sat finder, see if you are getting SNR and is LOCK ticked
