hi as i am getting older notice my tummy expanding outward and sideways :)
anone knwo any good excersize to help me control it, (not situps they seem to hurt my back and shoulders)

you can't target fat loss to a specific body part. You can tone muscle under those layers of fat.

At a basic level you need to make sure your calorie intake is lower then calories used. Browse the health and fitness forum, there is some very good advise on here.

You might want to post what you do for a living, typically eat and what exercise you are doing.

BTW, situps done correctly should not hurt your back or neck.
