Trying to use TSReader with Technomate TWIN OE

Hi. I wonder is this possible. I am told that the program TSReader can do all I want grabbing data from different strams etc, but it will only work via the UDP protocol.

At present my Twin OE is working via FTP, and if you enter those port numbers with TSReader it does NOT connect to the box.

So what I need to know is how do you tell the Technomate Twin OE to send the entire transport stream to TSReader via UDP protocol?
