Steps for UR image: -

1. Download the file

2. Unpack it, should have 4 files

3. rename /var/bin/mgcamd124.ppc to .old on the box

4. FTP the file mgcamd.ppc from the new unpacked files to /var/bin

5. rename the file from mgcamd.ppc to mgcamd124.ppc

6. Chmod 755 mgcamd124.ppc

7. reload the cam

now try it.

It's the same for the other images too, just replace the old mgcamd file in the /var/bin dir.

The mgcamd files for the other images are: -

DS 3v3
mgcamd

Juliet 9
mgcamd124.ppc

UR
mgcamd124.ppc

Juliet 6
mgcamd

You will also need to modify the mg_cfg file for AU to work.

Open with Wordpad and find this section...

Save file and ftp back to box, restart EMU.

Go to France 4 and it should appear within 10 seconds. All TPS should now be open.

TPS channels have always been opened and self AU'ing for me on Mgcamd_1.24, so what is this new stuff about?

I think this is for Dreambox. No Gemini image though so maybe wrong??

TPS has stopped working again

I'm on a DM600. I was monitoring the DM600 using telnet and I could see that it would decrypt about 5 keys and then be unable to decrypt them further. Not sure if that's the correct terminology.
