The latest PSP system software update 6.35 has come and gone, adding a nifty music service to the handheld and as expected, blocking the whole Hot Shots Golf exploit. So what happens now to the PSP community? Well, don't worry folks... Total_Noob got you covered!

If you've been keeping a close eye on the progress of Total_Noob long awaited homebrew enabler project, TN HEN, the original plan was to release the HEN for the official firmware 6.20 using the infamous Patapon exploit and Half Byte Loader, and then port it to firmware 6.31 “when Sony releases a new firmware." That was the initial plan supposedly, but Sony unexpectedly released firmware 6.35 last week.

When contacted by Wololo about his recent silence on the project despite the new firmware, TN's response to the community was short and sweet, "I’ll release HEN for 6.35 with VSH Exploit."

So what does it mean, well according to Wololo:

•TN probably was too busy porting his project to the latest firmware and a new exploit that he forgot to update the community.
•The recent development "might" delay the release of HEN, but that's just Wololo's guesstimation as Total_Noob wasn't able to tell him directly how far he is in the port.
•The HEN will work directly on 6.35. It will not require "a commercial game or even a Demo, and will not require HBL. It will run directly from somewhere in the XMB."

So there you go folks. That said, rest assured we're definitely going to keep our eye the progress of Total_Noob's HEN project. Stay tuned
