I have TM500-SUPER installed this has been working well, I have had infinity installed and now I have no channels I have tried pressed the menu button on remote and nothing happens please help thanks Nevis

are the bbc channels working? how was in connected to your router before?

I have the same problem, some guy installed it for me and now it stopped working..am a novice and need help with this
