In answer to the actual topic title "Theo Walcott… Potential Enigma or Reincarnation of Reyes" - I have got to say: Potential Enigma.
I personally don't think that Theo is anywhere near his full potential but believe he will reach and surpass all expectations very quickly over the next 18 months. We have already seen glimpses of his quality and it won't be long before he is consistently putting in amazing performances everytime he plays.
If only we (Sheff Utd) could afford him.... I can only dream..... lol
