So does this mean that the original Supercard doesnt work with the DS Lite or is this just an updated version which fits / looks better? Was thinking of upgrading my DS to the lite version but might not bother if I have to buy a new Supercard

if you buy the Magic Key you should get away with using your old SC on a Lite m8 , not sure tho coz I haven't got one

your current supercard will work fine in the gba slot (slot-2). The lite is for folks who's prefer a sleeker finish

In newbie simple terms, will this enable playing of downloaded ROMs on DSlite?
If not what else is required (passthroughs etc, which I can't get my head round)
