I would like to thanks the mods and the other members for the valuable info. I kept getting connection error message.Afterhaving tried different things I found out that one of the connections in the male printer thingy came loose. It is advisable to check every connections if you get connection error.Believe when the connection is right it is easy peasy to get bk etc.
