starview 3 lost channels

hi everybody i've had a sv3 for 3 months now and i've had no problems,but over the weekend i've lost setanta sports 2 and setanta golf,i'm running v8.00e in ex c/w.Any ideas anybody,thanx for your help in advance

yes i've ressanned several times,might try factory reset
