spyware is rife

i've been checking my system and have found some spyware that adaware has missed.

i've removed showbehind exe which i believe has bee slowing my browser down. To remove use ctrl,alt,delete to close it, then delete the showbehind exe from windows folder.

also removed internet alert which was picked up by pestpatrol very good program recommend it.

most spyware comes with free programs so worth checking your system from time to time.
