Sports not working.... " external drive active "

Hi all my dad has recently got an android box with supposedly everything loaded onto it.

The movies seem to work fine but going to sports links on mashup a error pops up saying " EXTERNAL PLAYER ACTIVE. Click OK when playback has ended. "

Anyone know what this is all about?

I done a YouTube search and it said something about the streaming settings on androidsticks need changing as a temporary fix, but I can't see android sticks on here?

I would look up loading sports devil on to your box mate.
