spiderbox 6000 crashing

iv been playing around with my spider box to night in one of the spare bedrooms patch ok conectet to the internet ok clearing channels ok but when I go in to the chanel edit and sort the channels out ie deleat and add to fav the spiderbox crashes and deleats every thing except the patch so I have to start all over again any one else had the same problem regards simon

Two thoughts, have you exceeded either the channel capacity or the transponder capacity? either could cause this problem.
Secondly back up your channels list and use the channel editor software and look for duplicate transponders these can cause erratic operation.
