Sound but No Picture

Just got a D800 HD clone had one or two issues with it but this one has me stumped on at the races channel i get audio but no picture has any one else had this or is this a tuner fault I have a D600 and this works ok with the same services.

in a/v settings have you selected dvi as your output
menu>set up>system>a/v settings
select dvi and press green btn to save

yea i just checked that and its set to DVI all the channels work exept the ones that are greyed out as i transfered my D600 services and bouquetts I even done a fresh scan but still only audio on At The Races Channel I realy think the tuner is at fault.Im going to try a different img tomorrow to see if that helps Im using Blackhole v12 at the moment.

Have you tried changing the default audio stream, if you are getting sound on a channel but not others it could be a few things for example the settings you might have the ac3 sound pid or vice versa.

Get your self a channel list for e2 or just do a fresh scan overwriting whats on there now, otherwise a scan will just update you channel list and not touch your settings.

A cardshare would not casue this issue.
