software that clocks all my download wanted

This might be in the wronge boardroom but not sure where to put it ? what i am looking for a a software that will tell me the amount i have downloaded just want to keep a check on the amount i download ok thanks

you have exceeded you allowance for this month LOL

i'm sure if you ask your supplier (b.t. virgin, pipes etc....) they will have a link relating to your account and you can monitor from there.
