There is no reason at all that the latest version ViX4E2PROJECT will not work on any of the Amiko Alien 2 models (older twin, triple and latest triple+) models so ideally this is your answer as you will be up to date and have softcams available from the addons...
However if for whatever reason this is not possible for you then here are two OScam ipks for SH4 (all the Alien range) which will work perfectly with ViX4E2PROJECT, old or new builds.
