I've only ever used Gparted but is there anything else that does the same thing.

Preferably something that will install via Win7 to USB.

I'm trying to convert a netbook back from .ext3 to NTFS.

Just boot a live linux from a pendrive and use gparted. Its going to be just as much hassle as anything else.

I keep a 4gb bootable with grub on it. You can boot direct from ISO, so I just throw any boot cd iso i need on it.

At the moment it has ubuntu live, 2 versions of hirens, acronis trueimage and xp live. Handy little f*cker it is too.
