Slow connection to GPS

Hello, I have a ZTE Blade with cyanogen 7.2.
I use Endomondo to track my bike trips, but it takes ages to connect to the satellites.
Does anyone know of a trick to help my Blade to connect faster to those satellites?

Have you tried 'GPS Fix', its probably built into your custom ROM. You need to set it up for the correct area and it knows roughly where the sats will be for that area for that time.

I had a ZTE Blade that was sometimes slow locking the sats. Found turning Google maps on while I was getting ready usually helped . Didn't have Endomondo then but the app I used was similar. Might help.
Probably be better asking your TomTom question in the relevant section. Might even have been asked & answered already over there.
