Hi thanks for looking, i have a f5s and after doing a tp update the box is now stuck on load mode, i have all the lastest software to do the update but i keep getting stb memorey error. Ive tried loads of times for this box to take the update but still getting this error message, thanks again for looking

That usualy means serial cable no connecting properly try new cabe I bought a expensive 1 from maplins didn't work got 1 of ebay for 3quid word dirt time

hmmm, this MAY mean you have a clone, if you do then only one firmware may work on the skybox. have you tried recovering the box with an rs232 to usb cable and the recovery kit?
