hi Bobby,

I received mines last week and i can confirm the HD is so much better on this box than the actual Sly + HD box

received it this morning set it up for me dad he is made up it's good little box

Can anyone recommend a good reliable place to buy one? Thanks

got mine of ebay free next day guy from bradford £49

xlnt little box, I paid 55 from fleabay, I got a wifi dongle with mine, works good with the dongle but even better with ethernet cable, as previously stated the hd is briliant quality, enjoy:Biggrin2:

Got mine on Amazon for £45 +£6.99 postage and packing, arrived 2 days later in the neatest packaging I have ever received and well worth the slighter higher cost over risking a purchase from fleabay.

PS, whats a "git box" ???? :tits:

hello
ojola

i could be wrong hear but as far as i can see the skybox f3 doesnt have any scart ports as is wright on your post "2 x Scart (RGB, FBAS or S-Video)"
i could be reading this the wrong way or im only finding clones on the net?
could you clear this up for me, cheers

If you trawl AliExpress it shows two versions; one with scarts and HDMI, and one with YCbCr and HDMI; if you order from AliExpress you should in theory be able to request which version you want. The X403 appears to be a "Deluxe" version, with YCbCr, a Scart, HDMI AND 2 USB ports, and using the next cpu up in the range (the '02 - the standard boxes use the '01). There is supposed to be an even better X406 out there, based on the '06 cpu, but I havent spotted it yet.

thats a frist!

Lack of SCART is no biggie, as SCART adapters are cheap and easy to find, I have about three knocking around the place.

I got mine for 53 with the USB wifi dongle included! (not the usb only but the one with a antenna at the back of the USB, works like a charm). Latest 28.2 list was loaded and it worked great! Go with the F3 its a good buy
