sky box f4 HD

Hello.
can someone help me, I am new to all this satellite stuff so be kind. I recently won a skybox f4 on ebay i have set it up with 1m motorised dish i can get thousands of foriegn languge channels some in HD and but when i try to view them they are scrambled bbc itv out of the thousands of channels i get may be 4 or 5 uk channels are all so scrambled.Also on the ethernet i have all the network addresses showing but can not connect to a server. Can some one point be in the right direction where i could be going wrong

you will probably pick up most FTA channels on what ever sattelites you are pointing to...even fta on uk sat astra 28.2 As for not connecting to a server..thats a different story, you have to pay for that to view the premium paid channels..
